Release of Liability for events
As a participant in any event by the Idaho Childhood Cancer Foundation (The business), I, hereby release and hold "The Business" harmless from any and all liabilities arising from my participation and operation of the vehicle I use during the event. I understand that I must be properly insured per the regulations of the State of Idaho and that any inadequacies in my coverages shall be an issue for me to deal with and have no impact on the business, their vendors, sponsors or partners.

All staff of the Idaho Childhood Cancer Foundation are volunteers. They are not paid, and not employees of the Corporation.

All proceeds from all events are dispersed to Make-A-Wish Idaho on a quarterly basis. Money generated from Sponsorships and Donations will be used to put on the events.
